The 2018 AIG Winter Summit kicks off on Tuesday, March 13 with registration and race camp. All racers have the opportunity to take practice runs with our celebrity race host, Jonny Moseley, to get familiar with the course and prepare for the races. In the evening we will have our first business session followed by a welcome reception.
The program on Wednesday, March 14 includes business sessions, a group activity, and Day One of the ski and snowboarding races, followed by a reception and awards ceremony in the evening.
On Thursday, March 15, the activities include business sessions, a group activity, Day Two of the ski and snowboarding races, concluding with a formal dinner reception and awards ceremony. Departures are scheduled for Friday, March 16.

Meal Cards & Lift Tickets
All registered attendees (racers and non-racers) will receive a meal card for breakfast and lunch at Stowe Mountain Resort and a lift ticket for the mountain. Dinner will be provided during the evening receptions.

If you are renting equipment online and staying at Stowe Mountain Lodge, please speak with the hotel's concierge team at 802.760.4755 and let them know that you are an attendee of the 2018 AIG Winter Summit. Your equipment will be delivered to the valet room prior to your arrival at Stowe.
At Stowe Mountain Resort you may rent equipment at the Mansfield Rental and Repair Center or Spruce Rental and Demo Center.

The AIG Winter Summit is an invitation-only event for industry professionals. We do appreciate, however, that you may want to bring a guest to the event. In that instance, please note the following:
- All guests must be pre-registered
- Guests (18 and over) may participate in the afternoon group activities, as well as the evening receptions
- Guests who would like to ski/snowboard may purchase a discounted lift ticket
- Guests may not be added to race teams
- With the exception of the evening receptions, AIG does not cover the cost of food and beverage for guests
