A Note from Jerry...

 

 

Dear Colleagues,  

We’ve had a lot of change to contend with this year, both internally and externally. Yet despite these distractions, I continue to see and hear examples of your unwavering commitment to our brokers, customers and coworkers.

Some of these examples are outlined in this newsletter. In addition to the exceptional anecdotes included in the Kudos section, I hope you’ll take the time to read the personal accounts embedded in our Claims and Risk Management Services business briefs. Together they illustrate the intangible qualities that have allowed PCG to stay at the forefront of our industry for nearly two decades. Technical expertise is always going to be critical, but compassion and dedication make just as much of an impact.

Additionally, this commitment to our business is reflected in the significant accomplishments achieved to date in 2018. Among these successes:

  • We’ve enacted dozens of new underwriting guidelines and rate changes to reflect what the market demands for long-term profitability.
  • We’ve transformed the online billing experience for our clients, with more improvements on the horizon for next year.
  • And, of course, we’re continuing with round-the-clock enhancements to CIP.

Periods of transformation often feel unsettling. But let’s close out the year with the knowledge that we’re unequivocally on the right path.
