Since inception, all mortgage loans purchased under our Correspondent Lending program have been sub-serviced on our behalf on a private label basis under the name “AIG Home Loan.”
In connection with certain broader program changes and enhancements, AIG Correspondent Lending has recently decided to discontinue its private label servicing for the mortgage loans it purchases.
Beginning on August 8, 2019, the sub-servicing of all AIG loans will be in the name of “Central Loan Administration and Reporting”. Please make all internal changes necessary to ensure that all notices, goodbye letters correspondence and any other document with references to the servicer reflect the new name and telephone number as follows (changes highlighted):
